TestDaF Preparation Courses

TestDaF

IBH is a certified center for TestDaF examinations. It organizes TestDaF exams as well as special preparatory courses. In our modern multimedia language laboratory you will be able to train the language skills “speaking” and “listening” as intensively and close to reality as possible (see Courses preparing for the exam on this page). By doing this, you will be able to take the entire exam in our education center.

The TestDaF Examination primarily applies to foreign university candidates who need for admission to academic studies a proof of their proficiency in German which is recognized by the colleges and universities. Those who wish to take the TestDaF exam should have taken about 700 hours of German, before they register for the exam. You will find more information under www.testdaf.de .

TestDaF courses preparing for the exam

The course is designed for advanced learners on the intermediate level (about 700 hours of German) who wish to prepare thoroughly for the TestDaF exam or wish to improve their language knowledge on the advanced level.

The course mainly consists of the four skills

Grammatical and linguistic structures as well as the necessary vocabulary which are relevant to the TestDaF Exam will be acquired. After each unit the course participants can test their learning progress by means of a model test.
